GERMANY'S WAR AIMS
; MARKED CHANGE NOTICED. (Reuter's Telegrams.) (Rec. July 28. 11.40 a.m.) { LONDON, July 27. The changed tone of prominent Germans regarding war aims is growingly evident. The latest example is Von Zedlitz, Indeoendent Conservative leader, advising the industrial and commercial associations to revise their 'n--1 nexation ideas and make their demands ' correspond to the present war situation. 1 A further significant fact is that prowar Socialist leaders, including Schieria--1 mnnn, had a most hostile reception. 1 The Frankfurt Berliner Tageblatt states that the Germain Federal Government is considering the creation of a central office to procure raw materials and deal with the question of tonnage and the monetary standard immediately alter the war.
