The.New York Times prints a despatch from 'Copenhagen of a treaty negotiated for the purchase bv the United. States of the Danish West Indies for £5,000,000 under a treaty which, will shortly be submitted to the Danish and United ■States ''Parliaments, giving the United States possession of the Islands of Si. Thomas, St. John, and' Santa Cruz.
