Thousands of copies are circulated in Germany of a. remarkable brochure entitled ' '-People of Germany Awake"' by Losemeir, ex-political editor oi the Berliner Morning Post. He says that he quarrelled with the chief editor who declared that whoever does not- help to deceive On- people is ja rascal. He declares that the German losses are about li million dead, threequarters of a million prisoners and missing and three million wounded, one million of which are hopelessly mutilated and sick and elude coumutation. but •which is so enormous that Germany has ' debit balance sheet to-day. j
