NELSON-MOTUEKA TRAFFIC BLOCKED. Traffic between Nelson and Motueka as likely to be blocked for some time owing to the washing away of a culvert near Hewetsons' flaxmill at Central Moutere. It will be several days before a temporary bridge can be completed. In the meantime cars will stop at either side of the breach and transfer passengers and mails. It is estimated that a 40-foot bridge will be required across the breach. A TASMAN BRIDGE WASHED AWAY.
