"IN A DETESTABLE HUMOUR."

The "Petit Journal's" Geneva correspondent savs it is rumoured in official circles at Berlin that\the Kaiser was in a- detestable humour before his illness. He was angry because General, Lyncher and Admiral Tirpitz blundered in affirming that Russia would accept the German ultimatum. and- the English would not fight.
