Lord Kintore, discussing'•the Munitions Bill, said the opportunity should bo seized for giving the Minister discretion to fix the standard of profits in controlled establishments, and set aside the war profits for expansion after the wasr, of young establishments producing essentials like spelter. He moved an amendment accordingly. Lord Newton opposed the amendment as the Bill conferred ample discretionary powers. The amendment was not pressed . .BRITISH CABINET. (Rec.
