Mr WorUriilgton Evans controls the Foreign Trade Department, which »has been established as a new department of the Foreign 'Office, to carry out the Trading With the' Enemy Act. The Government will appeal for advice and assistance to Chambers of Commerce to secure the full benefit of the policy, the success of wnich depends upon the active cooperation of the business community.
