Mr W. Rogers, manager of tlio Anchor Shipping and Foundry Company, on New Tear's Day, was'the recipient of a.seasonable gift from the officers 'of the company's steamers, in tho form of a silver tea and coffee service. Tho presentation was made by the commodore of the fleet, Captain "Wildroan, who referred to the kindly relations which had' always existed between the manager and the officers.
