July,, 1915, commencing at-9 o'clock a.m., And closing at 7 o'clock p.m.,- for the purpose of ascertaining the views of- the Ratepayers, as to whether the /Nelson City Council shall take proceedings Tinder, the Public Works Act, 3.908, to acquire for Recreation Purposes certain 'Lands and portions of River-bed in the Maitai Valley, as follows: 1. A piece of land containing 15 Acres 3 Roods 18 Perches, or thereabouts, part of-Section 17, \Maitai, forming, part of the "Gcat Hills" Block, together with the riverbed to the centre line; arid also a piece of Land containing Irood 9 perches, or thereabouts; parts of Sections 33 and .17, Maitai,..also\ forming part' of the. "Goat Hills" Block, together with the Riverbed to the centre line. ■ > - 2.
