CORPS. PETROGRAD, July 12. It is authoritatively stated that the enemy forces were decisively defeated south-west of Lublin. They consisted' of three army corps, of which, as the result of a- week's losses, one army corps has vanished. The enemv in this region are everywhere retiring. The artillery rushed to the rear, leaving the infantry to their fate. The Austro-German forces are showing increased activity in other districts. AUSTRIAN RESERVISTS CALLED UP. ZURICH, July 12. The Austrian War Minister has summoned men between the ages of 18 and 42 liable, for service in, the Landsturm who have not yet- been called, to attend inspection- in July. Seventy-seven cases of Asiatic cholera were reported in Austria on Thursday, chiefly civilians. __.....
