Messrs Burbidge and Son report as follows on the Wellington fruit and produce market: — We report that the market here is still low for Epps's Seedling apples, but improved, for, other varieties, especially if of 'fairly' largo sample. Pears, both dessert and cooking, are scarce, and realise .high ■ prices. Walnuts are wanted. Potatoes are, slow of 6ale, but- we anti T cipate an improved market for these in the near' future.
