TVTOTIGE is hereby given that a POLL J3I of tlie Ratepayer will be taken on WEDNESDAY, the 14tK day of July. 1915, commencing at 9 o'clock a.m., and closing at 7 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of ascertaining the -views of t-hq Ratepayers as to- whether the Nelson City Council shall take proceedings tinder the Public Works Act, 1908, to acquiro for Recreation Purposes certain. Lands and portions of River-bed in the Maitai Valley, as follows: • * 1. A pieco of land containing 15 Acres 3 Roods 18 Perches, or thereabouts, part of Section 17, Maitai, i forming. pai*t of the "Goat Hills'" Block, together with tho ' riverr bed to the centro line; arid also a piece of Land containing 1 rood 9 perches, or thereabouts, parts of Sections 33 and 17, Maitai, also " forming part of tho "Goat Hills" Block, together with the Riveis , bed to'thfc centre lino. 2.
