A pieco of land containing 15 Acres 3 Roods 18 Perches, or thereabouts, part of Section 17, Maitai, i forming. pai*t of the "Goat Hills'" Block, together with tho ' riverr bed to the centro line; arid also a piece of Land containing 1 rood 9 perches, or thereabouts, parts of Sections 33 and 17, Maitai, also " forming part of tho "Goat Hills" Block, together with the Riveis , bed to'thfc centre lino. 2. A strip' of Land measuring approximately 2£ chains by 1 Chain, situ- ■ ato on the eastern side of the riv.Cr Maitai, being part of Section 11, Maitai,. together .with the whole of the River-bed 1 adjoining, forming the Bathing-hole • lcnowtt "Denne'a Hole." : . ! 3.
