ÜBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Waimea County 'Council, held at the Office of the Waiiriea Oounty Council, iii the City of Nelson, on the 22nd day of April, 1915, it was resolved: That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 128 of "The Counties Act, 1908," the Waimea County Council resolves, by way of Special Order, that the following County Roads be declared Main Roads,- viz. : 1. From the Graham River leading up the Motueka River (east side)j to the Mouth' of the Stanley. Brook River. 2. From the Mouth of the Stanley Brook River to join the Main Road by the Stanley Brook School. 3. From the Main Hoad by the Ngatimoti School to the Black Bridge. Orinoco. 4. From the Main Road, Thorpe, down the Dove River to Woodstock. 5. That portion of the . Nelson-Blen-heim Road from the end of the present declared Main Road to the County Boundary, Rai Saddle. 6. From the end of the' present Main Road, Tadmor, thence up the Tadmor River to the junction of the Main Read at Glenhope. And it was furthor resolved : That-"the present Main Road from Pigeon Valley to the junction of the Main Road ' in Section 84, Block v., Wai-iti S.D., Stanley Brook, be declared a By-read. This Special Order shall take effect on and after Thursday, the 3rd day of June, 1915, And Public Notice is hereby also given that the said Resolution will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Waimea County Council, to ba held at the County Office, Nelson, on Thursday, the 3rd day of June, 1915, for Com'i-m.a-tion a3 a Special Order. A full copy of the.said Resolution is deposited at the Office of the Waimea County Council, Nelson, where it lies open to the inspection of the public during office hours, until the said meeting shall be held.
