The "World," commenting on the Falaba incident, denounces Germany's decreeing the del?berate slaughter at sea of defenceless non-combatants —men, women. and children. The "New York Herald" .<?ays it is "the day." . INQUEST ON THE VICTIMS. CORONER'S COMMENT: ' PIRACY AND MURDER." (Rec. March 31, 1.10 p.m.) LONDON, March 30. At the Falaba inquest the chief officer stated that the submarine, which was without -a number, first flew the white ensign and then the German flag. The submarine's crew were dressed in khaki. Witness was placing the last 20 in a boat when an explosion blew the boat to pieces. The coroner said the act was one of piracv and murder, and he hoped that- if the submarine was captured those aboard would be commensurately punished. LOSS OF THE AQUILA. (Rec. March 31, 1.10 p.m.) ■ LONDON, March 30. The Aquila's boat, with 15 of the crew and two passengers, has been picked up. :{The steamer Aquila was sunk by a submarine off Pembrokeshire, and 26 o£ the crew were yesterday reported missing-) " REV.
