RUSSIANS BUYING IN INDIA AND CEYLON. ( Pfcsss Association.- > CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Cable advice has been received here from Colombo that there has been an increase in the wholesale price of tea by 2£d pound due to the operations of Russians in the Indian and Ceylon markets. Local grocers do not think the increase will affect the consumer.
