STEAMER ELUDES THREE SUBMARINES
AFTER A gfrMINUTE CHASE. LONDON, Feb., 18. Three - submarines chased th' 6 steamer Kirkham> Abbey, bound from 'Rotterdam to Hull, for 'nihetjr minutes on the Dutch coast. The. steamer went full speed, and zigzagged, aiid; escaped. ZEPPELINS TO TAKE PART. LONDON, Feb. 17. The "Yoseische Zeitung" has announced that Zeppelins will participate in the blockade."
