SIX GERMAN VESSELS ENGAGED
ESCAPING SHIPS DROP MINES. LONDON, Dec. 18. The ''-Morning Post" says that .six German vessels "were engaged in the raid. It is not known -whether the fire of tho .shore batteries had any effect. The "Daily Express" says tho Germans dropped mines in order to prevent pursuit.
