PROCEEDING TO QUEBEC UNDER OWN STEAM. REPORTED TO HAVE 200 RESCUEDI PASSENGERS. (Rec. May 30, 9 a.m.) OTTAWA, May 29. Latest reports that the Storstad is badly damaged about the bows, but is- proceeding to Quebec "under Tier own steam. She has on board survivors and dead bodies from the Empress of Ireland. She is reported to have rescued two hundred passengers.
