If y and Julius Elias (representing the printers) were summoned for an article in "John Hull" containing a proposal and schemes for tickets in lotteries run in Switzerland called the "Grand National Sweepstake" and "John Bull Derby Sweep." In each case a certain sum was promised to charitie" Ro'ttomley contended that the article. constituted a legitimate newspaper controversy. The cases were adjourned.
