(Rec. May 6, 8.55 a.m.) LONDON, May 5. Fenner was committed for trial. He slated that he must admit the truth of the charges. He did not wish to make any excuses. He regretted the pain and loss to creditors, and he would" do his utmost to help the trustee to deal with the estate in their interests.
