Messrs Arthur Henry Wullis and Reginald Gerard Hailamnre ; Havelock, Mr William Hadfield Smith; Lyllelton, Mr George Scott; Napier, Messrs Arthur Liu'ner Beattie and Thomas Mason Chambers ; Nelson, Messrs John Graham and William Wallace Snodgrass; New Plymouth. Mr Edward Doekrill; Oamaru, Messrs Wm. Gardner and Adam McKay; Ota go, Mr Wm. Wilkinso-.i ; Pa tea. Mr Adolph Christensnn ; Thames. Mr William Henry Potts; Waimakariri. The Hon. Mr Bell has been recommended to sign the recommendation forMr Brownlee's appointment to tho Havelock Board.
