COUNTY OF WAIMfcA. TENDER FOR DEBENTURE. [ENDERS will be received at the _J_ Waimea County Office until 4 p.m. on "MONDAY, the 4th day of May, 1914, for ONE DEBENTURE, for the amount of"Eight Hundred Pounds (£800), with Coupons attached, to be issued under the authority of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," and its amendments. The Debenture will be repayable at the expiration of Thirty Years from the date of issue, and will'bear interest at the rate of Five Pounds sterling per annum, pavable Half-vearly. The security offered for the Loan is an annually recurring Special Rate oi One-eighth "of One Penny in the Pound on the = capital value of all rateable property within the Stoke Waterworks Reserve special rating area. A Sinking Fund of One Pound Fifteen Shillings and Ninepence sterling per cent per annum will be provided for the purpose of repayment of the said Loan. Each tender must state the price offered for the Debenture, and must be marked on the outside "Tender for Debenture." The "highest or any tender will not neccessarily be accepted. S. BLOMFIELD.
