GERMAN FISHING BOAT SEIZED AT ICELAND. ; Press Association.—Copyright.) BERLIN, April 13. The German fishing steamer Burgomeister Monckerberg states that while lying off Iceland twenty-five armed men in motor boats boarded her, knocked down and kicked the captain and shut him up in the wheelhouse, and intimidated the crew. Subsequently a leading official fined the captain 1200 kronen, and ordered him to forfeit his nets. The captain* states that the first men to come on board were peasants. The seizure was illegal, and it is expected tha, Germany will protest to Denmark.
