RUSSIAN CONVICTS SHOT. (Pbess Association. —Copybight.) ST. PETERSBURG. April 12._ Convicts in Kherson prison maintaining systematic inter-cell communication by tapping walls, a search was ordered. The inmates of one cell refused to be searched. They assaulted the warders and barricaded "the door. Soldiers then fired a volley into the cell, killing two convicts and wounding five.
