The "Daily Express" states that the Miners' Federation, Railwaymen's Union and Telephone workers, with a toal membership of 380.000, -are oil the eve _of combining with the object of paralysing trade whenever the most insignificant sectional dispute occurs. Early trouble is anticipated.
