WAR SCARE
ALARMIST ARTICLE SIZE OF CAPITAL SHIPS. (Itbess Association. —Copxbight). BERLIN, March 4. Official circles disavow connection with an alarmist article in the "Cologne Gazette" by a St. Petersburg correspondent declaring that Russia is getting ready for war in the autumn of 191'. Count Reventlow accuses tEe British Admiralty of systematically understating the siae of capital ships. He adds that the German Navy has always followed approximately the British displacement. It would gladly refrain from further increases, or reduce, if the British Admiralty set a real and not a paper example. 1 LONDON, March 3. The Supplementary Naval Estimates were passed by the House of Commons.
