The "Morning Post," says the negotiations between Mr As(]iiith and Air Jionar Law were abortive. Mr Asquith was unable to accede even to a. limited exelusion of Ulster. ANOTHER REPORT. (Rec. Jan. 8. 11.5 a.m) LONDON, Jan. 7. The "Westminster Gazette" states that Ulster negotiations continue, without- untoward incident.
