A .sister of accused, aged- 12, said that her brother had blood on his stockings and trousers when, returning homo on-the day of the murder. . ' A school boy, in evidence, stated that Freeman and Anderson had a, fight at school a year ago. Freeman made signs indicating that he would snooty Anderson and cut his throat. Freeman has been committed for trial on a charge of murder..
