OBJECTION TO A CIRCULAR. (Passs ASSOCIATION.—CO*TRIQHT.) (Rec. Feb. 15, 9.25 a.m.) -DELHI, Feb. 14. A etorm has been raised amongst the Roman Catholic community throughout India over a circular prohibiting the use of the word ' "Catholic" in documents as beintr synonymous with Roman Catholic, because the latter's claim to universal catholicity is disputed by other churches.
