PURSUANT to regulations made under "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," and the Acts amending the same, notice is hereby given that the District Electors' List of the City of Nelson is Open for Inspection at the Town Clerk's Office, Nelson, where it may be inspected without fee by all persons interested therein, during office hours (9 a.m; to 4.30 p.m. ; Saturday 9 to 1), until the 22nd day of February, 1913 - • ut ,• Any person may object to the list on either of the following grounds : —(a) That any person on the list does not possess the necessary qualifications; or (b) That any person not on the list is entitled to have his name inserted thereon.
