KING EDWARD STATUE. (Pkbbs Association. —Copxaiae T .) LONDON, Feb. 14. Mr Bertram Mackennal has been commissioned to execute the King Edward memorial statue for Pall Mall. COLONEL DU PATY DE CLAM. (The reinstatement in the French Army of Colonel du Paty de Clam, who was prominent in the prosecution of Dreyfus, and was dismissed in consequence, was recently the cause o"f the resignation of the Minister of War, M.
