AERIAL NAVIGATION BILL. LONDON, Feb. 14. The House of Lords passed the Aerial Navigation Bill. Colonel Seely, speaking at Hammersmith. said the Government would undertake at the-proper time to equip the National Reservists. He believed' that classifying the reservists was one of the most formidable fat-tors in rendering the Empire safe. AIR SQUADRON DESCENDS. * LONDON, Feb. 14. The Army Air Squadron, while flying to Montrose, were compelled to descend by a fog near the starting point at A 1 dershot.
