POLITICAL CRISIS IN JAPAN
FURTHER RIOTING. (Pdess Association. —Copyright.) (Received Feb. 13, 9.10 a.m.) TOKIO, February 12. The mob afe Osaka is making a demonstration on the occasion of the anniversary of the Constitution. They wrecked the bureaucratic newspaper offices, and paraded the city attacking the houses of bureaucratic members of the Diet. The police made a sabre charge, but the rioting was continued at night.
