AX ADMIRALTY TRIBUTE. LONDON, Feb. 12. Ths Admiraltv has issued a minute regretting th-a loss cf Captain Scott and his comrades. It says their lives have pvovfd tlie constancy and resolution with which they carried out their duty. The Lords of the Admiralty consider their loss should be regarded as if they were kilkd in action. Their story will long be remembered with honour by the Navy.
