Part of the town Is reported to be m flames. 4 WAR SPIRIT RAMPANT IN BULGARIA. (Rec. Feb. 5, 11.45 a.m.) VIENNA, Feb. 4. Bulgarian cavalry are attacking Turkish outposts at Gallipoli. SOFIA. Feb. 4. The newspaper "Mir," in an article, says that Bulgaria is unfeignedly glad to"have regained freedom of action, and now once for all they will solve the question of the Dardanelles and Constantinople, while safeguarding European interests. FOREIGNERS AT ADRIANOPLE. CONSTANTINOPLE, Feb. 4. The consults at Adrianople have addressed the Ambassadors, asking them to arrange with Bulgaria not to bombard a special quarter of the town, or that 120 foreigners be allowed to pass through the Bulgarian lines. TRADE STAGNATION AT VIENNA. VIENNA, February .4. Three dressmaking firms are bankrupt, with liabilities totalling £883,000, owing to the stagnation resulting from the war. NA7IM PASHA'S DEATH. . He announces that directly the war is over he will return to the>capital and settle accounts with Nazirn Pasha's murderers. BERLIN, Feb. 4. The "Cologne Gazette" states that the entire armv at Chataldja . is against Shevket Pa"sha, and demands the punishment of the murderers and Shevket's re tirement. FURIOUS CANNONADE. <Rec. Feb. 5, 11.30 a.m.) SOFIA, Feb. 4. There was a tremendous cannonade of Adrianople on the 2st inst. Shells were fired at the rate of four in seven minutes after the expiry of the truce. It'is expected that the fortress will he captured in a fortnight. BULGARIA AND ROUMANIA. (Rec. Feb. 5. 11.30 a.m.) PARIS. Feb. 4. M. Daneff statefe that Bulgaria has promised' not to fortify the frontiers, though Roumania will be allowed to ■lUitify hers. This is-jjroof that Bulgaria is without sinister designs. She has offered Roumania certain territory; but it is impossible to cede Silistria.
