ANOTHER TURKISH RETREAT
NAZIM PASHA'S ARMY ATLMOST ANNIHILATED. (Rec. Nov. 9, 9.25 a.m.) VIENNA, Nov. 8. The "Reichspost" reoorts that Nazim Pasha's army vigorously defended 'both sides of Cherkesskevi. and counter attacked the first Bulgarian army's centre at Uzunhadzi, thirteen miles northward of Chorlu. but was outflanked and almost annihilated. Thereupon the whole Turkish front retreated. The third Bulgarian army advanced several columns, one traversing Kastaina, and another Ormann. /westward of Derfcos Lake), and all converging, they captured Telig.unus. A portion of the first army was successful in advancing npen Nakashkem and Akbunar, both northward of Hademkeni.
After the Turks were expelled from the heights near Chataldja, fighting began along the whole front.
