KURIiiENDER DEMANDED AND REFUSED. CETTINJE, Nov. 6. Montenegrin and Austrian officers under the white flag demanded tho surrender of 'Scutari, which Riza Bey refused. The Montenegrins have occupied Alessio and Port San Giovanni di Medua. The Servians and Montenegrins junctionsd at Tpek. and are marching against Diakova.

(Received Nov. 6, 9.45 a.m.) CETTINJE, Nov. 6: The Austrian military attache landed at Scutari, under the white flag, to report Turkish defeats in Thrace and Macedonia. The commandant declined to believe him, and declared tllat Scutari could hold out for three months.
