"GOOD-BYE TO EUROPE"
WHAT A DEFEAT MEANS TO TURKEY. (Received Nov. 7. a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, Nov. 6. The "Renin," formerly the"'"Fahin," says that if beaten Turkey must say good-bye to Europe, and urges the Government to fight to the last cartridge and the last man.
