(Rec. April 20, 10 a.m.) TANGIER, April 19. Troops at Fez mutinied because they objected to the regulation of part paying of wages in food. They shot all the French officers and instructors and attacked tho wireless station, killing four operators. They looted the French bank and the French quarter generally. French reinforcements are guarding the Consulate.
Twenty Europeans were killed at Fez. The fighting continues. Five thousand French troops are marching from Mekinoz.
