ONIONS THAT DID NOT KEEP, (t nited Press Association.) TIMARU, April 18. In April last year Mr. G. T. Dawson, storekeeper, sent into cool stores he re 20 tons of onions, to ba kept till September. The onions came out practicaLy worthless, and the owner sued the cool storage company for their value, £ll6. The evidence included that of freezer .•ngineers. Mr. Day, S.M., gave-judg-ment to-day for defendant ..company, with costs on the grounds that the onions were not of a good keeping sort, and ' negligence had not been proved.
