THE MONGOLIAN QUESTION. (Pr« 93 Association. —Copyright. ; (Received April 10, 9.10 a.m.) PEKIN, April 9. Replying to Yuan-shih-kai's invitation to Mongolia to join the Republic, Kutukhta stated that Mongolia's independence has been proclaimed, and suggests that the Mongolian question should be submitted to the Powers interested. Parliament will be inaugurated before October. The Deputies will be elected for four vearS; and the Senators for six.
