A public meeting is to- be he!d in this Town Hall on Tuesday next for the purpose of appreciating' the important str•vices Tendered by Sir Joseph Ward as Prime Minister and Leader of the Liberal Pai ty. It has been arranged that the Mayor will prteside. and most of ti -? public men of Westland will take part in the gathering, which will be representative of the district.
