Members of the Post and Telegraph, Railways," and Public \\ orks Department icontemplated participating in the military camps opening to-morrow, but an official announcement has just been made that noiie of the employees of any of the Government Departments are to go into camp, but Post Office and Railway Service corps must be created, and all"those liable to service now in other companies must join the corps of their own departments. . It is understood that a protest- will be made to headquarters, on .the subject.
