THE CRICKET DISPUTE. ENGLAND WANTS THE BEST TEAM. (Press Association. —Copyright.) (Received 9.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. There are important developments in connection with the cricket dispute. A few days ago Warner cabled to the Miarylebone Clu'b' Xihat he; believed a cable urging that the best Australian team be sent in view of the triangular matches would have a good effect here and make for peace. He has received the following reply from Lord Desborough, president of the Marylebone Club : "As president I am certain that the counties and all English cricketers will be bitterly disappointed if Australia is not represented in the triangular contests by her best team."
