Sii-,--With your permission I would liko to commandeer sufficient of your yalued space to ask the powers that be if they would care to study the comfort Qt' tho~<> who have to travel that path alongside the Central School _fence in Alton-street, to the extertt of cutting back the trees overhanging the said fence. The trees mentioned have grown so low that after or daring rain it is impossible to' pass beneath them wifnbut getting very wet. If you have an umbrella you have to close it up, and if not the drops from the trcos are as Rcod as a shower bath. Also, Sir, while they are attending to that little job, might ! suggest that they continue tap the Willow Walk and trim back the willows, etc.. that tickl;- ; your ears as you pass by.
