Ttaly has annexed Tripoli—at. least a Bill has been nassed by the Italian Parliament, authorising the annexation ; and there has been the usual national demonstration. It is quite one thing to authorise annexation, and ouite another t.,-> givo effect to it. Ttaly will have to nav ! a biir price in blond and treasure before ! annexation is complete.
