ITALY'S WAR LOSSES. (Press Association.—Copyright.) (Rec. March 4, 8.30 a.m.) ROME, Yesterday. Since the outbreak of the war in Tripoli 37 officers and 499 men have been killed and one officer and 323 men are missing. The bulk of the latter are be lieved to be dead. ;
