THE REBELS FORCED BACK. REFUGEES AT PIEKIN. PROBABLE COLLAPSE' OF THE REBELLION. LONDON, Friday. The- "Daily Chronicle's" Shanghai correspondent 'states that the rebels at Hankow are reported to have been forefid back, losing- 2000. It is rumoured that - a ,rt armistucs has been arranged. Twenty thousand refugees have arrived at Pekin. The "Telegraph's" corresfpondoTiifc reports that Yinchamg, with eight battalions and six batteries, crossed the t'aiigtsze and drove the 'rebels out of their position.
