This afternoon the Acting-Premier officially declared the High School open. Sir James Carroll leaves for Invercargill' this evening, and ' to-morrow he wil visit Riverton and 'Otautau. He -will spend Friday afternoon and evening in Invercargill, and return to Gore ou Saturday. In response to a request he will deliver an address here on Saturday night and leave for Dunedin On Monday morning to deliver an address there on Tuesday evening.
