DISCOVERY OF A BOUND CORPSE. (United Press Association.) PARIS.. Tuesday. M. Verneersch. a wealthy Belgian eccentric, who disappeared from his villa three- months ago, has now been discovered buried in his kitchen garden. His legs were bound, and his body was naked.
